Poker, Basketball, Football, Poker, Basketball.
On Poker after dark, Daniel Negreanu pulled out his great Scotty Nguyen impression, and Scotty was there to be himself! Some good back and forth, +3 for each.
+2 more for Daniel's wild dream that he describes here, in his blog.
Speaking of blogs, Gilbert Arenas' are LOOOOOONG. In this one, though, he had a funny comment about choosing which road trips he'll go on:
"I haven't made a road trip with the team yet. I'm probably going to pick whatever city sounds nice. If it's a really bad city like Minnesota I'll be like, 'Oh my God! Whoo! I got some swelling, coach. I don't think I can make this one.'
Now, if it's Miami, I'm like, 'Coach, the sun and the weather and the beaches in Miami give my knee a really good feeling. I better come.' "
+2.
Nothing of note happened in the BCS title game, other than horrible talking heads. -3 to Chris Rose, the host, and -3 to the sideline reporter, Chris Myers, for his awful "schtick".
The best thing about yesterday was the G-State/Spurs game. Check out the L.O.N. recap for further details. The points break down like this: Tony Parker +2, Tim Duncan +2, Manu Ginobili +2, Michael Finley +2, Baron Davis +4, Stephen Jackson +4.

Allen Kessler, +5, DON'T MESS WITH THE CHAINSAW!!!!!!
Blu & Exile, +3 each for a great album: Below The Heavens.
The Sports Guy put together a good links column this week. +3
